Are you struggling with parenting during quarantine? Come hear from WEPC's Pastor for Discipleship, Joe Brown, and WEPC's Resident Counselor, Lara Finnie, as they speak to the marital and parental struggles that come from isolation, lack of community, and living with children in confined spaces for a prolonged period of time. If you have children at home, this breakfast is for you.

Breakfast will be included as part of the event, with pre-packaged food bottles of water.  We plan to brew the coffee. A menu will be made available closer to the day of the event.

Masks are required indoors unless seated and eating at tables. Masks are NOT required for children under the age of 10.

All children are welcome to join their parents in the Fellowship Hall for a brief breakfast at their own table beginning at 8:45AM. Around 9:15AM, there will be individuals willing to escort the pre-registered school-aged children to the playground for socially-distanced play during the discussion. While there will be no nursery, nursery-aged children are welcome to sit with their parents the entire time. Parents can pick up their school-aged children from the playground by 10:15AM. Every effort will be taken to follow the latest safety measures recommended by the VA Dept. of Health. If you have any questions about eligibility and the precautions that WEPC is taking for the safety of our children, please contact Emily Meeks.
