Assistant Teacher Position Open
We currently have one job position open for an assistant in our 2 year old class. For more information, please read the Job Description. If you or someone you know is interested in pursuing this position, please contact Casey Zollinhofer at wepc.org. You can also fill out our Employment Application and return it to Casey Zollinhofer.
2010-2011 Enrollment Open
We are currently accepting applications for our three year old
class. The three year olds meet on Wednesdays and Fridays and the tuition is $115/month.
Our two and four year old classes are full. If you are
interested in enrolling your child in one of these classes,
you’re welcome to turn in a completed application and your
child will be added to our waiting list.
Application Process
1. Completely fill out a “New Student Application“ and mail/bring it to the WEPC church office with a $25 application fee
2. You can pick up an application from the WEPC office, contact Casey Zollinhofer to have one emailed or mailed to you, or download one here: 2010-2011 New Student Application
3. Once your completed application has been reviewed (to make sure your child meets our age and potty training requirements) the director will contact you to give you more specific information about the school year. At this time the director will also give you some more paperwork we need before your child can begin school in September (we call this our registration packet).

Scholarships Needed
We desire to serve the families, neighbors and the surrounding community of our church. One tangible way we have been able to serve and love families is through our scholarship fund. While we strive to keep our tuition rates low, affording preschool is still a struggle for many families. Almost 1/4 of our current families would not be able to attend preschool without a scholarship. We would love to help even more families send their children to our preschool. In order to continue helping our current families and offer scholarships to new students, we need to raise money for our scholarship fund.

If you would like to make a donation, please make your check payable to WEPC Community Preschool. Please indicate in the memo line that it’s for the scholarship fund. You can either mail your contribution to WEPC or put it in the church offering plate.
