Why should I join a Small Group?
Small Groups can be vital to the life of a believer. These groups of fellow sojourners, along with a trained leader, share the Gospel with each other and the difficulties and joys of shared life. You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity to find Gospel revival within the relationships of the body of Christ. Join a Small Group today.
The Purpose of WEPC Small Groups
To foster change and revival in the lives of believers, and the corporate life of the church, and the world at large.
What is a Small Group?
It is a ‘small group’ of people who, as a response to the love of Christ, are committed to loving and encouraging each other and thinking through how God is moving them in mission. This generally takes place in a home weekly, but some meet at the church at various times.
How do I join a Small Group?
In order to best support life-on-life ministry, Small Groups are open to new members during two to three open registration windows throughout the year.
- Spring Semester – Registration to join a Small Group for the Spring of 2017 has closed. If you are looking for ways to connect at WEPC, please contact Joe Brown.
- Fall Semester – Registration for the Fall of 2017 will open in late Summer.
What happens after I register?
As soon as you submit your registration, you should receive an email or phone call from the WEPC pastoral staff to discuss your desires and preferences. New groups are forming and all avenues will be pursued to get you into a group that fits your preferences. But there are times where not all of your preferences can be met.
Contact Pastor Joe Brown at firstname.lastname@example.org or (804) 543-7116.
