Please join us for a refreshing day at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. We will enjoy fellowship, beautiful surroundings, food , and laughter. This is an opportunity to nurture the seeds that God sows in our hearts. Come and consider how you are a part of His kingdom, growing and taking root, to the glory of Jesus Christ.
Our meetings and meals will take place in the Massey Conference Center Auditorium in the Education and Library Complex, located to the left of the Visitors Center. May 5th is also the day of Lewis Ginter’s annual Plant Sale, so feel free to bring a little extra money if that interests you! Also, because of the Plant Sale, parking may require a longer walk on that day. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes for both sitting inside and walking outside. A light mid-morning snack will be provided, and lunch will be served at around 12:30.

Training women to share the gospel and their lives with one another. WEPC’S t2 ministry is inspired by the Apostle Paul’s words in two places in the New Testament:
1. Titus 2:3
Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live….then they can train the younger women to love.
2. 1 Thessalonians 2:7, 8
…we were gentle among you, like a mother caring for her children. We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God, but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us.
These passages teach us that we are a part of one another’s spiritual development in Christ. They also tell us that our lives are the training ground for the gospel to be believed and understood. This is not a ministry of experts. We offer to one another what we have: our lives and the good news of Jesus Christ. The ministry of t2 seeks to provide opportunities for women to do just that : to be trained to share the gospel and their lives more and more.
