2011-2012 School Year – Enrollment Closed
All of our classes are currently full. Please contact the preschool director at casey@wepc.org if you’re interested in being added to our waiting list.
2012-2013 School Year – Enrollment Open Feb. 1
Enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year opens on February 1, 2012. We will begin accepting new and returning student applications at that time. Our classes filled up quickly last year so we encourage you to turn in your application asap.
Application Process
1. Complete the 2012 New Student Application and mail/bring it to the WEPC church office as soon as possible. We will begin accepting applications on February 1.
2. Pay the one time non-refundable Enrollment Fee to secure your child’s spot in our preschool. This fee is due with your New Student Application. Please note, we need to receive your application and enrollment fee in order to reserve a spot for your child.
- a. 2 Year Olds – $75
- b. 3 & 4 Year Olds – $125
If one of your children has attended our preschool in the past, you only need to pay $25 of this enrollment fee for additional children. If you are currently enrolling more than one child, please pay the enrollment fee for the oldest child and then just $25 for each additional child.
3. Completely fill out the 2012 Enrollment Packet and return it to the church office no later than 2 weeks after you turn in your New Student Application and enrollment fee.
4. The last page of the 2012 Enrollment Packet gives information about the School Entrance Health Form. This is required for each child entering school in Virginia and needs to be updated each year. The School Entrance Health Form needs to be turned in by August 15, 2012.
Scholarship Program
The WEPC Community Preschool has a scholarship program that is funded by our annual yard sale and by generous donations by members of our church and preschool families. Scholarship procedures and application for the 2012-2013 school year can be downloaded below in both English and Spanish. Please make sure to read the procedures and turn in all required forms in order for your application to be reviewed.

Scholarships Needed
We desire to serve the families, neighbors and the surrounding community of our church. One tangible way we have been able to serve and love families is through our scholarship fund. While we strive to keep our tuition rates low, affording preschool is still a struggle for many families. Almost 1/3 of our current families would not be able to attend preschool without a scholarship. We would love to help even more families send their children to our preschool. In order to continue helping our current families and offer scholarships to new students, we need to raise money for our scholarship fund.

If you would like to make a donation, please make your check payable to WEPC Community Preschool. Please indicate in the memo line that it’s for the scholarship fund. You can either mail your contribution to WEPC or put it in the church offering plate.
